Terms and Conditions for Prime Mechanical, LLC

Welcome to Prime Mechanical. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Prime Mechanical offers residential and commercial plumbing services, including but not limited to repairs, installations, maintenance, inspections, and emergency services.

2. Estimates and Pricing
• All estimates are based on initial assessments and may change if unforeseen issues arise.
• Prices are subject to applicable taxes and material costs.
• Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Customers must provide at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

5. Warranties and Guarantees
• We provide a workmanship warranty of one year from the service date. Other than repairs done on clogged toilets, drains, and sewer piping.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment where applicable.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

6. Customer Responsibilities
• Ensure clear access to work areas.
• Inform us of any known plumbing issues or hazards before work begins.
• Secure pets and ensure a safe working environment.

7. Liability Limitations
• Prime Mechanical is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not visible during inspection.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.

8. Emergency Services
• Emergency services may be subject to additional fees.
• Response times are estimates and not guaranteed.

9. Permits and Compliance
• Where required, permits will be obtained either by us or the customer, as agreed.
• All work will comply with local building and plumbing codes.

10. Access and Property Conditions
• The customer grants permission for our technicians to enter the property to perform services.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.

11. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes may be handled through mediation or binding arbitration in Oklahoma

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:
• Conditions are unsafe
• There is non-payment or breach of these terms
• The scope of work changes significantly without agreement

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
